Vendors Wanted!
We are inviting local agencies to come set up a booth, bring materials to showcase how their organization helps the community and offer a family-friendly activity. This is a free event for both the guests and agencies, so there is no booth fee. You would be responsible for bringing your own setup, i.e., tables, chairs, tablecloth cover, etc. We are looking into getting a bounce house, face painting, balloon animals, and more.
Vendors can arrive to set up starting at 4:00 p.m., and gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Subject to change. If interested, please complete the vendor application below or download our fillable Vendor Form and Letter 2024
